
Spring Gourmet Days
The Dubrovnik Tourist Board, in collaboration with local restaurateurs, is organizing the traditional culinary event Spring Gourmet Days, taking place from April 19 to 27, 2025, across numerous Dubrovnik restaurants.
As the city awakens to warmer spring days, Dubrovnik’s chefs have created a variety of imaginative dishes inspired by fresh seasonal ingredients. From shrimp ceviche and spring risottos to homemade pasta with boškarin beef, this year’s menus promise delightful surprises for every palate.
