
April Spring Gourmet Week
From April 6 to April 12, 2026, the Spring Gourmet Week will take place, a gastronomic event focused on fresh seasonal ingredients and the creativity of Dubrovnik’s chefs.
Over the course of seven days, visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy specially curated spring-inspired menus, available in selected Dubrovnik restaurants and taverns. The event brings together a diverse offer, ranging from traditional cuisine to contemporary gourmet interpretations, with an emphasis on local ingredients and authentic southern flavors.
