From September 3 to 6, 2026, the island of Korčula will host the 18th edition of Korčula Olive Oil Days, a multi-day event that brings together olive growers, producers, experts and enthusiasts of high-quality olive oil.

Dedicated to promoting the island’s olive-growing tradition and native varieties, the event combines education, product presentation and expert exchange. The program includes a fair of local and traditional products, where visitors can taste and purchase olive oils, delicacies and handmade items from the island of Korčula.

A key part of the event is a series of educational workshops for olive oil tasters, led by certified experts and sensory analysts. In addition, there will be expert lectures focusing on topics such as the protection of native products and the care and preservation of olive trees and groves, especially in the face of modern agricultural challenges.

Korčula Olive Oil Days is not only a celebration of local production, but also a platform for knowledge sharing and awareness raising about the values of the Mediterranean diet, sustainable agriculture and regional identity.
