Tangerine harvest

The “golden valley” and the “croatian California” are common names for the Neretva valley because of it rich soil and tangerine fruit on endless plantations. In October and November there is a unique tourist manifestation – the tangerine harvest. You can enjoy the harvest and then afterwards take your results with you. The program consists of arrival on the plantations, where you’re served with homemade grape brandy ( lozovača) and dried figs.
