Good company, delicious food, fine wines, authentic souvenirs, and light musical background await you this Wednesday from 8:30 PM in Blato at the first „Flavors and Scents of the Homeland – Blato Wine & Dine“ event of the summer, in the unique setting of the City Park in Blato.

You can expect traditional and handmade products, traditional dishes, indigenous and modern sweets, premium Blato and island wines, and other unique products brought to you by the following exhibitors as part of the „Flavors and Scents of the Homeland“ program: Korkyra Winery, Šarenko Winery, Winery Bačić & Winery Dine; Blue Fish – Brna, OPG Mirošević, OPG Nadilo – Žrnovo, OPG Protić Sanja, Slatko & Slano, Škatula-Lumbarda; Dainesi Studio; League Against Cancer Korčula-Pelješac-Lastovo-Mljet – Blato branch & Hunting Society Jastreb Blato.

This thematic gastro event is designed as a traditional gathering aimed at further promoting traditional products made according to original recipes, as well as all other products based on respect for tradition, transferred knowledge, skills, and experiences of our ancestors. During this time, many domestic and foreign visitors can enjoy and taste traditional culinary delicacies and indigenous sweets accompanied by indispensable premium island wines, all presented uniquely by the exhibitors in the authentic setting of the City Park in Blato.

This Wednesday, members of LD Jastreb will be cooking hunting specialties for you, specifically hunter’s stew with Žrnovo macaroni.
